SELECTION JOURNEY

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading Vietnamese university or a reputable international institution, obtained between 2023 and 2025.

Minimum GPA of 3.6/4.0 or equivalent.

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, Finance, Commerce, Growth or a related discipline.

At least 1 year of professional experience in Marketing, F&B, restaurant operations or a related field.

Demonstrated leadership potential through clubs, teams, projects or community activities.

Strong ownership, analytical thinking and teamwork skills.

Professional certifications, scholarships, academic distinctions, competition awards or workplace recognition are strong advantages.
